The ITEC knife-holding system provides a solution for storing, cleaning and sterilising knives, sharpening steels and gloves. The proven knife holder facilitates hygienic and safe storage of knives in the workplace and in designated hygiene areas at the end of the working day. Ideally, the filled knife holders are cleaned and sterilised centrally in the ITEC machines specially designed for the task. The knife handles are spaced evenly apart, ensuring optimal cleaning in the transition area between the shaft and the blade.
