Pre-Diluted Systems

The Pre-Diluted Mixing Station in are intended as a pre-mixing station to mix water and chemical for the use in SU 0125 satellites prepared for pre-diluted chemicals. The system is made for 1-15 users. The inlet connection is 1/1/4”. It is connected to a solenoid valve and an injector. The chemical is mixed with the water in the injector and runs into the storage tank. Filling of the storage tank is control through level switches. The outlet from the tank is connected to a Grundfos boosting unit with frequency control. The pressure is controlled via a pressure transmitter. The pump is stopped and start via pressure and flow. The pump is frequency controlled, providing you with the latest technology from Grundfos. It is programmed to increase the pressure to 8 bar. Energy consumption is minimized by controlling the pressure through the build-in PI regulator.
