N&N Paddlemixer Vacuum MIX V series

N&N Nadratowski's MIX-V-Series paddle mixer is equipped with the option of mixing under vacuum. Producing under vacuum improves the hardening of product, protein extraction and allows control of pre-mix density.

With capacities ranging from 180 to 6000 litres, the possibility of individual configuration and a variety of accessories, you can choose a mixer that perfectly suits your product processes. Havantec specialists will be happy to support you in choosing the right accessories.

The MIX-V series comes standard with a digital control, which makes it possible to preset several programmes for a result that is as constant as possible.

The large ejection flap at the bottom of the mixing bowl and the minimal space between the paddles and the bowl (3 mm) ensure a very short ejection time.

The MIX series by N&N

1. Equipped with a digital touchscreen from the Mitsubishi brand. The software enables manual and automatic operation and up to 100 mixing programmes, where each programme can consist of 5 programmable steps.
2. Equipped with NORD motors.
3. Customised work? No problem at all. In consultation with the customer and N&N, the mixer can be designed entirely according to the customer's wishes.
