Product description
The Bretec filling system was developed to provide moulds with a supplied filling. The system consists of a flow divider with angled pipe inlet, which feeds the dosing heads. The plungers can be lowered into the moulds for accurate filling, without tipping over the edges. After filling, the plungers automatically move upwards and the conveyor belt offers the next row of moulds.
The filler can be processed as a separate unit on an existing conveyor belt. Communication between the system that fills the dough and the filling system ensures that a portion is filled into the mould at the correct position and timing.
The filling system is easy to operate and great attention has been paid to safety and hygiene.
