Washer For Knife Holders Type 22500

The ITEC washer for knife baskets has been developed in such a way that it is easy to load thanks to the two-part door.

Equipped with an integrated dosage of detergent and rinse aid, water softener and self-cleaning module. The program is easily adjustable and can be controlled per part:

• Washing time
• Washing temperature
• Rinsing time
• Rinsing temperature
• Drying time

The washing compartment has a capacity of 740 x 600 x 650 mm, allowing 12 large or 24 small knife baskets to be inserted. In addition, the machine can also be used for cleaning Euro crates, baker's baskets, ham moulds or other tools to be cleaned.

The washing and rinsing arms clean from above and below all your materials. These can be removed without tools.

Rinsing is only done when the pre-set boiler temperature is reached. The internal pump system guarantees rinsing with constant pressure and temperature, independent of the piping network.
