Product description
Lakidis' FR Series concerns a range of frozen block reducers, also known as flakers. This stock model concerns the FR-400.
The semi-automatic version (FR-400) has a higher feed height after which the frozen block falls onto the rotating knife block. Due to gravity, the block will constantly seek the knife block, reducing its size.
