Formingmachine FR200L

Automatic hamburger forming machine for meat and other food products. It is equipped with a 40 lit bowl and a stainless steel conveyor of 800 mm x 200 mm; based on 4 rotating wheels with brakes.

The machine is capable of producing 15-30 hits per minute, so 1800 hamburgers / hour in various shapes and volumes. When the molded product contains no meat content, productivity may be subject to change.

Two separate motors ensure movement to the supply rotor and the product delivery conveyor. The shapes in which the machine forms the meat products are adjustable in thickness and weight. The mold plate of the hamburger is made of plastic that is suitable for foodstuffs and the dimensions are 620x180 mm with a maximum thickness of 16 mm.
