Pre-Diluted Booster

The pre-diluted mixing stations are designed for mixing water and chemicals, which are piped to the site of use and can be used with the PSU 0127 satellites. The system is designed for 1 to 15 users simultaneously. The chemistry is mixed with water by means of the injector and the diluted chemical solution flows into the storage tank. Leveling of the storage tank is done by means of integrated level switches. The storage tank is connected to a Grundfos stainless steel centrifugal pump which is frequency controlled and offers you the latest Grundfos technology Grundfos blueflux®. It is programmed to increase the pressure to 8 bar. Energy consumption is minimised by controlling the pressure via the built-in PI controller.
