The NOMA (Nowicki) brine injectors are designed for brining meat with or without bones, poultry, and fish.
The injector is equipped with a NOMA (Nowicki) type FBN-68/136 rotary filter.
The rotary filter is specifically designed to purify the brine that flows out of the injector before it is reused in the injection process.
